Every morning, thousands of cafés across Algeria brew coffee for their customers.

At a cozy café in downtown Algiers, the barista prepares 200 cups before noon. But there’s a secret no one notices… By the end of the day, over 10 kilograms of used coffee grounds are dumped into the trash still warm, rich in nutrients, and full of untapped potential.

Now imagine this café isn't alone. Multiply that waste by thousands. What if… instead of throwing it away, we collected it, recycled it, and transformed it into something valuable?
